WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH
Choose a starting point below.
We’ll agree on a manageable project together.
Give your next fundraiser a page supporters can use on their phones. We can also help you publish an event announcement or annual report.
Plan a campaign page ↗Help visitors understand your work and find what they need. We refresh your site with a layout that works on phones and fits free hosting.
Discuss your website ↗Automate the spreadsheet tasks you repeat each week. We can help with formatting reports or generating documents in the Google tools you already use.
Describe an admin task ↗Focused builds, usually delivered in days to a couple of weeks after matching. Timing depends on scope and volunteer availability.
HOW WE KEEP IT FREE
Volunteers pay for the AI they use during the build and donate their time. Your organization owns the finished work.
We choose a simple setup that fits free service limits. Custom domains or optional third-party services may cost extra; we agree any costs before building.
Send us what you already have, even if it needs work. Volunteers use AI to help draft the text, which you review before it goes live.
We agree how your team will make updates and provide instructions at handoff. Your organization keeps control of the files and accounts.
We build with public content and safe sample data. You add sensitive information in your own workspace after handoff.
HOW A PROJECT RUNS
Most coordination happens by email or message.
You’ll review the work before launch.
Describe the problem you want to solve. Include your organization’s details so we can check eligibility.
A team of 1–3 volunteers matches with your project and agrees a focused scope with you.
We build asynchronously and share a preview. You review the content and request final tweaks.
We transfer the finished work to your organization and show your team how to use it.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Registered nonprofits and charities. We prioritize organizations in Asian countries to make timezone coordination easier. Organizations elsewhere can express interest; matching depends on volunteer availability and project fit.
Yes: our volunteers cover the build and their AI usage. We design projects to run within free hosting or existing tool limits. Optional services may charge their own fees. For example, a custom domain needs renewing and a donation provider may charge per transaction. We agree any such costs before work starts.
No. AI helps our volunteers build. Your finished website or workflow does not require a new AI subscription. We agree an update process that suits your team and provide a handoff guide.
We can build campaign pages that link to your existing donation platform. Payment processing fees depend on that provider. We focus on pages that connect to services you already use. A custom donor database or payment system would need a different kind of project.
Your team takes ownership of the finished work, with instructions for everyday updates. We agree any launch fixes in advance. Ongoing support needs a separate arrangement, especially if a service changes later.
Start with your organization’s registration details and a description of what you need. Include a deadline if you have one. Share only public materials or sample data.
